Salary and benefits lost during the recovery period are also paid for in a temporal benefits plan. If one gets permanently deformed they could get compensated in permanent disability plan. In the unfortunate case of death as a result of work, death benefits are paid to the children spouse or any other dependents.

Premiums for this policy are not fixed but vary depending on a number of things. One of the bases is the industries payroll as well as their classification code. Industries with dangerous activities like the construction company pay higher fees as compared to law firms. Location of the company is also another important factor to consider. Those located in terrorist prone areas or areas at high risk of natural disasters pay more.
